Return Terms
- The product must be in its original condition, without damage, and must be accompanied by its original packaging.
- The proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.
- Products that have been used or are damaged due to reasons not caused by us are not accepted for return.
Return Process
- Contact us by phone or email to inform us of your intent to return.
- Send the product to the address provided, at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or different from what you ordered.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you to complete the return or replacement process.
Refund
- The refund will be made in the same method used for payment, within 7 business days from the acceptance of the return.
